How it works

A continuing loop, not a one-time assessment

Aldrick™ organizes what you already know about your health, explains what it means, shows where improvement is realistic, then keeps that picture current as your health changes.

  1. 01

    Understand your starting point

A guided assessment covering the health domains that change most after 40 produces a preliminary Aldrick Score and a category-level picture.

  2. 02

See how complete the picture is

A confidence level sits beside your score and names what is missing or uncertain, so you know how much weight to give it.

  3. 03

    Know what deserves attention

Health signals are prioritized, including blood-pressure safety detection, cardiovascular exertion signals and sleep-related safety signals.

  4. 04

    Work a personalized plan

Specific, evidence-supported actions ordered by likely impact, tied to your own answers and measurements, with completion tracked.

  5. 05

    Track measurements over time

Log blood pressure and other measurements. Your history is kept, and your score and confidence recalculate as information changes.

  6. 06

    Understand the whole picture

Aldrick Intelligence explains in plain language why something matters, what is still unknown, and what to raise with your physician.

  7. 07

    Stay accountable

Optional, non-urgent follow-ups bring you back to unfinished actions and overdue measurements, under consent controls you can change.

The loop then repeats. Each new measurement, completed action or lab result feeds back into your score, your confidence level and what Aldrick™ recommends next.

What the score is and isn't

A starting point, not a verdict

Your Aldrick Score is designed to orient you and to be honest about its own limits. It is not a diagnosis, a lifespan prediction, a medical risk calculation, or a replacement for laboratory testing and physician evaluation. When something suggests professional attention, Aldrick™ tells you to seek care rather than attempting to diagnose you.

Your health called. It would like a little attention.
